Shipping Policies

  1. Southern Herb only ships to the 50 states within the United States.
  1. Southern Herb only ships via UPS and the United States Post Office Priority Mail. If a customer chooses Priority Mail we will make every effort to honor that choice but it may not be possible based on the nature of the items ordered or their value. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of Southern Herb.
  1. We reserve the right to ship Priority Mail, unless the customer advises us of their preference not to have us consider this shipping option.
  1. If selected, all Expedited Freight (UPS Next Day, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day) charges are billable to the customer.
  1. UPS automatically prices shipments to Alaska and Hawaii at UPS 2nd Day Air. We will attempt to ship to these states via Priority Mail when possible.
  1. Regular shipments to consumers (Retail Orders) are charged a flat rate shipping charge of $8.50, plus an extra $5.00 per item for Miracle II gallons, if any.
  1. The minimum order for wholesale accounts is $50 at wholesale prices.
  1. If the order contains a “Drop Ship” address, the minimum order threshold of $50 is waived, and a $5.00 Drop Ship charge is added to the order, in addition to all other relevant freight charges.
  1. If the billing method chosen by the customer is COD, UPS charges us an additional $12.00 processing fee for this method, which we charge to the customer.
  1. Free Freight - If any wholesale order is $250 and over at wholesale prices, and the shipping method is UPS Ground or Priority Mail to states within the 48 Continental United States only, then the order ships free freight, but Miracle II gallons, if any, will have a $5.00 per item surcharge.

 

Returns

Order Discrepancies and Damaged Products

We carefully check and pack all orders, but we are human and occasionally something gets by us. In these rare events, we will gladly issue a full credit for damaged or defective merchandise or for items we may have shipped incorrectly. But you must notify us of any of these issues within one week of receipt of your order.
