Being Within
Within the past two weeks, a new combination has been created. Our friend Liz Jones (who attended two of the LTOE courses here on Gigha several years ago) has the impulse from time to time to suggest new combinations to us. It was via Liz that our wonderful de-stressing combination Coming Home was created, with Dr. Adrian serving as the guide and tester - he finds important 'tweaks' in the recipe for the suggested combination, which serve the deeper intention that Liz is aiming for. And it was this same process that has led to the creation of Being Within.
Incarnating brings us into contradictions and seeming paradox, as there are the two poles of our nature: the spirit, and the body. At intervals in our lives, this tension can translate into myriad challenges.
This combination works at a very high level to help resolve these contradictions and tensions. The crown chakra is opened, and the 2nd and Heart chakras are reminded of their connection with our higher spiritual nature. However, the most important action of this essence is in the higher chakras. The clear indication is that this essence should only be taken once a day for 5 days, and then once a week for 6 weeks.
It is well worth noting that both of these essences are very good ones for meditation. The fullest impact of each is also brought about if one can allow at least 10 minutes of silent sitting with it, with the eyes closed. This allows the orchids to convey their message to us more fully.
